Most resorts near a tiger reserve give you exactly two things: a room and a safari booking desk. We were built differently. Between safaris, our guests swim, play badminton on the lawn, rack up shots on the full-size pool table, climb up to the treetop machan for forest views, and gather around an evening bonfire.
It's why families with kids — and groups travelling together — keep coming back. There's always something for everyone, and nobody is stuck waiting for the next thing.
Book a Stay
Surrounded by gardens, set under the trees — the heart of an afternoon at the Lap
Set into the resort's gardens with palm-tree shade and a paved deck. Open through the day during your stay.
Pool loungers, fresh towels, sun hats on request, and shade where you need it. Set yourself up and stay a while.
Cold lassi, fresh juice, kebabs and snacks brought to the pool deck. Lunch can be served here too — let us know.
Marked court, proper net, rackets and shuttles ready. Played on the path between the gardens or on our dirt court — both work.
Climb up to our wooden machan platform — the day's best forest views, a cool breeze, and the best birdsong of the evening.
Guided walks through the resort grounds and forest fringe. Peacocks, deer, butterflies, and stories from our naturalists.
Lit at sundown. Kebabs on the grill, blankets if you need them, ghost stories optional. The kids' favourite hour.
200+ species in the area. Best at sunrise. We keep binoculars at the front desk and a quiet guide on call.
The Ken River is a short drive away. Sundown boating with our naturalist — peaceful, photogenic, perfect for couples.
For long summer afternoons, rainy spells, or after-dinner play
Solid wooden frame, proper green felt, full set of cues and balls, in our dedicated indoor games room. Tournaments encouraged.
Carrom, chess, Ludo, Uno, deck of cards — our after-dinner standards. Ask at the front desk.
Quiet corners, comfortable chairs, fresh chai or coffee, and a few books we keep around. The afternoon nobody plans, but everyone loves.
Three hours in Panna National Park if you'd like — Madla Gate is 0.8 km away.
Eat outside, then head to the pool. Three hours of swimming, splashing, and lounging.
Multi-course family lunch. Then read, nap, or rack up a few games on the pool table.
Long badminton matches on the lawn. The brave ones climb the machan for the day's best forest views.
Bonfire under the stars, dinner served outdoors, board games before bed.
Tell us your dates and the size of your group — we'll come back with rooms, meal preferences, and a quick itinerary that uses the pool, the games, and the forest.
