Leave Delhi after work. Drive via NH-44 → Agra → Jhansi → Orchha → Chhatarpur → Panna → Madla (650 km / 10–12 hrs). Alternatively, catch an evening flight to Khajuraho Airport (1.5 hrs), then drive 40 km to the resort. Arrive late night or choose to break the journey in Jhansi and arrive early Saturday morning.
Morning: Early wake-up for a jeep safari into Panna Tiger Reserve through Madla Gate (just 0.8 km away). Spot Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and hundreds of bird species. Breakfast back at the resort. Afternoon: Choose between a Ken River boat ride or a drive to Pandav Falls. Evening: Bonfire at the resort, dinner under the stars. Sleep in the forest quiet.
Optional: Second morning safari (highly recommended — each safari is different). Breakfast. Leisurely nature walk on the resort grounds. Check out by noon. Drive back to Delhi (10–12 hrs, reaching by midnight) or head to Khajuraho for an afternoon flight home.
Take NH-44 south from Delhi towards Agra, then continue via Jhansi → Orchha → Chhatarpur → Panna → Madla. The drive is approximately 650 km / 10–12 hours. Roads are well maintained and clearly signed throughout.
Fly Delhi → Khajuraho on IndiGo or Air India (approximately 1.5 hours). On arrival at Khajuraho Airport (HJR), rent a car or take a pre-arranged taxi for the 40 km / 1-hour drive to Nature's Lap Resort in Madla.
